Quintex Frictionless Ball Valve

Quintex frictionless ball valve, also knon as five-eccentric frictionless ball valve, is a unique product independently developed by TIPVALVE, designed to address the expansion and contraction deformation in industries with high temperatures up to 850℃, low temperatures down to -196℃, and high pressures. The product adopts an eccentric structure design with double valve seats,namely one ball valve has two seals. During the opening and closing process, it avoids the wear and jamming problems caused by friction in traditional ball valves, achieving true trouble-free operation and extending the service life of the valve. The product features excellent control and sealing performance. In the past two years, Quintex frictionless ball valve has been installed and put into use at the mine site in South Africa and has been running smoothly. Both the design plan and the delivery have been highly recognized by the user.
