Quality Control

    Customer comes first, for better service for clients, Tipvalve always adheres to quality as the core. We have strict quality control plan, reliable testing specifications and considerate after-sales service. Also received positive feedback and unanimous praise from customers.

    We own interior quality assurance system, implementing over all quality management in the whole process. Each valve has a heat number and a serial number to achieve traceability. All raw materials must carry on the material composition and mechanical performance review before entering the factory, to completely eradicate unqualified materials. Nondestructive testing for valve pipes is necessary before and during raw material processing. Valves should pass valve body strength test, hydraulic pressure seal test and gas seal test one by one before leaving factory. Besides, valves for specific application need more tests, such as RT, DPI, MT, UT, spectral analysis, PMI, low leakage test, high & low temperature cycle test, life test, fire test, extra-cryogenic test, microstructure test, all type mechanical properties test, deoiling skim cleanness test and so on, to guarantee all products are all qualified before delivery.

    Except internal severe work system and workflow, there are also the third party certification authority and customer approval to ensure quality. TIP has been passed ISO9001,CE-PED,API6D,API607 certified. We are still working on the improvement of quality control and management capacity.
