High Temperature Butterfly Valve

High-temperature butterfly valves are components used to achieve on-off and flow control in pipeline systems. They are mainly suitable for high-temperature working conditions, such as the energy flue gas recovery system in catalytic cracking units. Usually, it is triple-offset metal to metal butterfly valve. Body and seat are integral components, and the sealing surface layer of the valve seat is surfacing with high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. The working principle is that the valve stem is driven by the driving device, causing disc to rotate 90° around the axis inside the valve body to complete the opening and closing. The advantages of high-temperature butterfly valves include high-temperature resistance (up to over 600℃), compact structure, low flow resistance, easy operation, no friction when opening and closing, and compensation sealing as the torque of the transmission mechanism increases when closing, which improves the sealing performance of the butterfly valve and extends its service life. It has been extremely widely applied in many fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy and hydro-power.
