General Valve

General valve is a special type of plug valve, also known as orbit plug valve, mainly used to control the flow and direction of fluid media. It is mainly composed of the valve body, cover, plug and sealing ring, among which the plug is the key component. The sealing mechanism of the warlord lies in the friction and pressure between the end face of the plug and the end face of the seat. These factors generate a reaction force on the sealing surface under the working pressure, thereby achieving sealing. The main features include: during the switching process, the sealing surface of the body does not come into contact with the sealing surface of the slider, so there is no friction or wear on the sealing surface, which leads to a long service life and a small switching torque. When maintaining, there is no need to remove the valve from the pipeline. Only the sliding vane needs to be replaced, which is convenient for maintenance. The advantages include a simple structure, easy installation, replacement and maintenance, lower cost, greater suitability for small-diameter pipeline systems, and more convenient installation, replacement and maintenance. It is used to cut off aviation kerosene, light oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, pipeline gas and chemical media.
