Lubricated Plug Valve

Lubricated plug valve is a device that achieves the on-off of the medium by rotating a cylindrical opening and closing part. An oil groove is set between the inner cavity of the valve body and the plug, and sealing grease is injected through an oil injection device. It achieves opening and closing by driving the plug to rotate 90 degrees through the valve stem: when the plug channel is aligned with the valve body channel, the valve opens; when it is vertical, it is completely closed. The sealing grease is injected into seat through the oil nozzle, forming a dynamic high-pressure sealing ring around the plug. It has both lubrication and sealing functions, which can significantly improve the sealing performance and durability. It features a simple structure, rapid switching and low fluid resistance. It is applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering and natural gas, and is suitable for pipeline cutting or regulation of crude oil, heavy oil and media containing particles. It is especially suitable for high-pressure working conditions that require high sealing performance.
