Floating Ball Valve

Floating ball valve, the ball is floating, and valve seat is fixed. When working, under the pressure of the medium, the ball has a certain displacement and press against the sealing surface at the outlet to ensure sealing. Its design structure includes one-piece, two-piece or three-piece body. Rotating the stem drives the ball to rotate to complete the opening and closing. For valve operation, it only require a 90° rotation. The main features of floating ball valves are compact structure, reliable sealing, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and the sealing surface and the ball surface are often in a closed state, which makes them less prone to erosion by the medium. They are easy to operate and maintain, and are suitable for general working media such as water, solvents, acids, and natural gas. They are also suitable for media under harsh working conditions and are widely used in urban pipe networks, petrochemicals, heating systems, and other scenarios. It is especially suitable for working conditions with high requirements for low-pressure sealing.
